ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or orders above a specified value.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other external factors.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping may not be available.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the earliest and process a full refund if payment has already been made.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect shipping address,
  • unavailable recipient,
  • refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damaged package/product (if applicable)
  • Relevant details regarding the issue

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
